The Management of Elkins Marine Training International (EMTI) has shortlisted 3 more beneficiaries in the Second Batch of its 5 million Naira scholarship training promo meant for maritime students through the platform of the Annual Maritime Students and Youth Conference (AMSAY Conference).
In another official email sent recently to Platform Communications, organisers of the AMSAY Conference, EMTI indicated that 2 out of the 3 newly shortlisted beneficiaries are winners of the Best Graduating Maritime Students Awards who emerged at the just concluded 2021 AMSAY Conference.
Those shortlisted in batch 2 are as follow:
- Orolu Emmanuel Olajide awarded 50% off towards HELM 80k
50% off towards BRM 80k50% off towards ISM Auditor 80k.
He can also get ISPS awareness free course 75k STCW free 131k ISM fam free 75k
Other courses at 50% 80k off each.
Total 600k awarded.
2. EGHAVERBA, Solomon Ilawagbon, awarded ISPS awareness free course 75k, STCW BST free 131k. If he applies for the ISPS 3 in advanced course he get 90k towards it. SSO, CSO, PFSO. 90k Total 296k awarded.
3. Sunday Bankole awarded full free course for OTF Tanker Fam. (basic training in Oil and chemical tanker) 131k; 50% off towards Advanced Fire 80k; 50% off towards PSC (Survival Craft) 80k
Total 291k towards those courses. He can also get ISPS awareness free course 75k, STCW free 131k .
Recall that 4 beneficiaries were earlier shortlisted in the first batch, and with these 3 new beneficiaries, the total number of beneficiaries in the EMTI Scholarship promo stands at 7.
