The Management of Face Of Maritime International has announced the eviction of six Contestants from the 2020 edition of the maritime industry beauty pageant.
In a press statement issued on Saturday evening, the organizers stated that after Week 4 Voting Campaign, six Contestants have been evicted from the contest due to their poor performances in stage one voting Campaign.
The evicted Contestants are: 1. Winnie Ogelaka 2. Onuora Jessica 3. Agbejoye Joy. 4. Patrick Chizoba 5. Dike Esther, and 6. Eze Amarachi
Meanwhile FOMI has also announced the promotion of 15 other Contestants who did well in stage one to Stage Two of the Contest.
The promoted candidates include: 1. Timipere Christopher 2. Eugene Blessing 3. Stella Amuba 4. Abdulsalam Kehinde 5. Nwosu Chiamaka 6. Arikawe Abigail 7. Obadina Simisola 8. Okoro Lilian, and 9. Anne Ikoghode.
Others include: 10. Agber Ruth. 11. Hannah Henry 12. Blessed Debbie 13. Blessing Micheal 14. Mary Ogbogo, and15. Morayo Sholaja.
According to FOMI, the promoted Contestants and the maritime organizations sponsoring them would be unveiled on Sunday, while the final round of voting would commence on Saturday, Sept 5.
Recall that FOMI is an industry pageant of International standards which promotes gender equality advocates for greater participation of women in the maritime sector through its pet-project called Girls Go-To-Sea Campaign.
